Meet Your Groomer: Natalia Rodriguez

Hi, I’m Natalia, and like you, I’m a devoted dog mum, passionate animal lover, and your professional groomer. My formal journey started in 2018 at the Veterinary Faculty in Leon, Spain, where I studied Canine and Feline Aesthetics and Grooming alongside Vet Surgical Assisting. Since then, I’ve gained valuable experience in grooming parlors across Spain and London, but I constantly felt something was missing, so I began searching for a service model that felt more ethical and aligned with my values.

The Journey To Purpose

After years of working in traditional grooming environments, I realized that these settings are often stressful, overwhelming, and scary for many dogs. Every career change I made was driven by the hope of finding a better, less stressful experience for pets. My exploration led me to mobile van grooming, but I soon discovered a new problem: the pressure to rush between appointments—focusing on quantity over quality—was isolating for me and still stressful for the dogs.  

The Personalized At-Home Difference

That’s why I created my mobile, at-home grooming business. My approach focuses on a kinder, different approach to grooming—one that moves away from the traditional, rushed model and centers on the dog’s comfort and emotional well-being. My goal is simple: to bring high-quality, professional grooming right to your door, offering your dog a calm, familiar, and personalized one-on-one experience where they feel safe and loved. I offer a mindful approach where I become an active part of your dog’s care team. This means:

• Connection First: I take the time to know your dog’s unique story, personality, and specific needs.
• Custom Planning: We work together to set realistic grooming goals, creating a customized plan adjusted specifically for your dog’s comfort level and pace.
• Listening to the Dog: I focus on reducing stress by removing common triggers and, most importantly, listening to your dog’s body language and needs throughout the groom.

My experience has taught me that when I focus on genuine connection and mindful practice, I am able to deliver a service that is not only professional but filled with meaning. You aren’t just booking a groom—you’re investing in a healthier, happier, and less stressful routine for your dog.
